Sugar Room By Sanjana: Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Due to the customized and perishable nature of our products, we regret to inform you that refunds for cancellations on the same day of the order are not possible.
2. To facilitate the cancellation process, we require a 1-day prior notice for regular cakes and a 2-day prior notice for Large or Special Cakes. A refund charge of 5% per order shall be applicable.
3. Customers seeking cancellation are required to send an email to info@sugarroombysanjana.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” The email should include:

– II. Reasons for Cancellation
4. Refunds will be processed back to the original card/account/medium used for payment in case of a cancellation.
5. All refunds will be initiated within a period of 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation.
6. Decisions regarding changes, cancellations, refunds, or alternative options are at the discretion of Sugar Room By Sanjana.
